Several incidents between the Syrian army -supported by Hezbollah- and Israeli border guards marked a renewed tension in the Golan region conquered in 1967 by the Jewish state. Lately, Israel bombed several positions in Syria arguing that Hezbollah-widely established in southern Lebanon-supply weapons the regime in Damascus.
