Bosnia-Hercegovina: 30 years ago the Winter Olympics games in Sarajevo

Le panneau est marqué par des impacts de balle, témoignages du siège de la ville imposé par les Serbes entre 1992 et 1995, où plus de 11 000 personnes ont été tuées et 50 000 blessées sur une population totale de 450 000 habitants. La ville reste divisée entre la capitale et une ville nouvelle, Istocno Sarajevo, qui est principalement peuplée de Serbes ayant fui à la fin de la guerre en 1995.

The panel is damaged by bullets, memories from the siege imposed by Serbs between 1992 and 1995, when more than 11 000 people were killed and more than 50 000 injured (for a total population of 450 000). Sarajevo remains divided between the capital and a new city, Istocno Sarajevo, where Serbian population moved from 1995 at the end of the war.
